4.      In Microsoft Windows Vista, the installer program may hang if a VPN connection is active. To resolve this problem, we recommend disconnecting the VPN until the program is installed.

5.      If SSL traffic monitoring is enabled, problems may occur when using some sites that require client certificate verification. To resolve this problem, we recommend adding encrypted traffic from the necessary applications as an exclusion.

6.      When upgrading from Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Windows Vista, the program must be uninstalled before upgrading and reinstalled after the upgrade is completed.

7.      When upgrading Microsoft Windows Vista from one version to another (i.e. Home Basic to Ultimate), you must run the program restore procedure.

8.      Rescue Disks cannot be written to DVDs.

9.      In some cases, the Microsoft Windows Security Center does not detect Kaspersky Internet Security or incorrectly displays its status.

5.      When running Microsoft Windows Vista the installation program may freeze with VPN connection established. In order to resolve this problem we recommend to sever the VPN connection before installing the application.

6.      With SSL traffic scan enabled problems may occur when working with some sites which require client's certification verification.We recommend to resolve this problem by adding to exclusions scan of encrypted traffic from selected applications.

7.      When upgrading Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Windows Vista the application must be removed before the upgrade is started and re-installed after it is completed.

8.      When upgrading to a different Microsoft Windows Vista version (for example, upgrading Home Basic to Ultimate) the application restoration procedure must be performed.

9.      The feature of creating a restore DVD is not supported.

Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 is a comprehensive computer defense system from all types of electronic threats, such as malware, hacker exploits, spam, rootkits, spyware, phishing messages, persistent popup ads, etc. In addition to the Anti-Viruses, the application includes a new generation personal Firewall, a Proactive Defense component offering protection from unknown threats, a Privacy Control component providing protection from Internet fraud, and an Anti-Spam component which filters out unsolicited emails.

Kaspersky Internet Security Version 7.0 includes a number of improvements which expand its functionality and the level of protection significantly.
